This is a place for connection, personal and spiritual growth, immediate and personalized support, and many more essential components that, as a young adult, I have the opportunity through our LORD to share with you.

My own youth was one of bullying, depression, chronic anxiety (which I still struggle with today), an eating disorder that almost took my life, suicidal thoughts, rape, and addiction. I was lost, hurt, and living in constant fear.

I share this with you for two (2) reasons:

1. First and foremost, CYN is one of the very few places in this world where you as a teen/young adult can be truly authentic about who you are and what you are going through without the fear of judgment, prejudice, labels, conde

mnation, shame, or telling you that your feelings are "wrong" or "bad".

2. I have been to the darkest depths of the human psyche, experienced life-disrupting traumas, looked into the face of physical death, and ruthlessly (and unsuccessfully) tried to find cures and solutions for my brokenness

... and I am here to testify to you today that there is only ONE Cure, ONE Solution, and ONE Way!

You don't have to believe in Jesus, or even a Higher Power to find help and support here! In fact, Jesus of Nazareth (who is recognized by every religion on earth, btw) once said,

People who are well do not need a doctor, but only those who are sick. I have not come to call "respectable" people, but outcasts." (Mark 2:17)

So here's my question for you today:

Is your life going perfectly right now?

If your answer is "No"... then welcome home!
