To join a live group session, log in to your CYN account, navigate to the 'Live Groups' section, and select the session you want to join. You will receive a link to join the session at the scheduled time.

To join a group on CYN, log in to your account, navigate to the 'Groups' section, and browse the available groups. Select the group you are interested in and click 'Join'. You will be added to the group and can start participating in discussions and activities.
